2024
The 2024 team went 7-4 and lost in the 2nd round of the playoffs.
2023
The 2023 team went 6-6 and lost in the second round of the playoffs. This team produced a D1 Football player in Chris Hall (San Diego) and fielded 6 Sophomores in their playoff game against Chico, showing signs of a bright future.
2022
The 2022 team went 10-2 won the EAL and reached the section championship but fell short to PV. It was Ross Griffith's first year as head coach for Foothill.. It was the first time in Foothill history the first year coach has won their home opener, won EAL, and reached a Section championship.
2021
The 2021 team went 9-4 and reached the section championship but fell short to Chico. It was Foothill's best record since the 2012 season and the first time they reached the Section Championship since 2011.
2021 (Spring)
The 2021 Spring team went 4-3. It was a modified season due to California's COVID regulations.

The 2019 team went 6-6 and reached the second round in the playoffs

The 2014 team went 1-9, and did not make the playoffs

The 2013 team went 4-8, reaching the second round in the playoff, and was the first season with Joey Brown as the Head Coach

The 2012 team went 8-4, and reached the second round of the playoffs

The 2011 team went 9-3, won league and reached the Section Championship
2010
The 2010 team went 10-2, won league and reached the second in the playoffs
2009
The 2009 team had a 7-5 Record, getting to the semi-final round in the playoffs, most notably this team went to the Best of the West Classic in Seattle and won against the #2 ranked team in the state of Washington (Union High School) 15-9
2008
The 2008 team went 6-5, and reached the first round of the playoffs, most notably this team beat the #2 ranked team in the state of Oregon (South Medford) 15-13
2007
This team went 12-0, winning league and winning a Section title beating Pleasant Valley 39-21 in the Section Championship, this team had a bid for a state bowl game but came in second in Northern California just missing out of getting in the State Championship
